Terms of Use

Using your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us if you notice unauthorized use of your account. Organizer accounts must be approved before they can use the organizer dashboard.

Events & payments

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of Event details, prices, seat numbers and for running the event. Our team reviews listings before publishing and may request changes to, or suspend, listings that are unlawful or inappropriate.

The standard event listing fee is THB 1,200. Large events, fan meets and concerts require a custom quotation approved before payment. Add-ons follow the quotation. Learner course and ticket payments are separate from the listing fee.

Acceptable use

Do not post false information, infringe others' rights, submit unlawful content, or try to access other people's data or accounts. For disputes about an event or a refund, please contact our team and we will coordinate with the organizer based on the facts of that listing.

Data we collect and use

We collect account data such as your name, email, phone number and a hashed password; learner data such as your bio, occupation, province and interests; organizer data such as organization name, Event details and bank account; and registration data, payment status, transfer slips and the time you accepted these terms.

Purposes and disclosure

We use your data to create and maintain accounts, verify emails, reset passwords, manage Events and registrations, check payments, contact you about the service and comply with applicable law. Attendee data needed to run an event and check payments is shown to that Event's organizer, and the TIMEPLUS TH team accesses only what is needed to operate the platform. Accepting these terms does not mean we will use your sign-up data for marketing.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for your account, transactions, dispute resolution and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it as appropriate. Transfer slips are stored outside the public web area and are accessible only to authorized users through the system.

03 / YOUR RIGHTS

Your rights & contact

You may contact us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
