to Event day in 4 steps
We review every Event before it goes live, so each one is ready to welcome new people.

Create an organizer account
Fill in your organizer and contact details. Our team reviews and approves your account.

Create Event
Add your story, dates, seats and price, plus your bank account for paid events.

Pay the listing fee
Upload the listing-fee receipt and submit for review. Only free credits granted to your account by an admin waive the standard listing fee.

Publish and bring people together
Once approved, share your event and manage registrations from your dashboard.

Who can become an organizer?
Individuals, teams, studios and organizations that want to run classes or events — onsite, online or hybrid.
How does the listing fee work?
The standard listing fee is THB 1,200 per event. Large events, fan meets and concerts require a custom quotation approved before payment. Add-ons are quoted separately.
Who collects the class fees?
Learners transfer class fees directly to your bank account, separate from the listing fee. You check and approve each payment yourself.
Can I run a free class?
Yes. Set the price to 0 and learners can register right away without paying.
Can I edit or close registration later?
Edit details from My Events, and close or reopen registration at any time. Existing attendees stay registered.
